Yes. We offer a 20 minutes over the phone free assessment where we discuss your concerns, goals, and how therapy can help. It also gives you the opportunity to decide whether you feel comfortable working with me before committing to ongoing sessions.

Most therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held on a weekly basis or by weekly basis. The frequency of sessions can be adjusted to suit your needs and will be discussed during your initial assessment.

Yes. Free parking is available at the practice, making it easy and convenient to attend your appointments.

Yes. We offer both face-to-face sessions in Norwich and secure online therapy across the UK.

Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, except in rare circumstances where there is a legal or ethical duty to protect you or someone else. This will be explained during our first session.
